The Entrepreneurial Excellence Package teaches small business owners to create and document systems and processes in an effort to establish the boundaries and parameters of how the company works.  Once these systems and process are formulated, ways to improve  efficiency and increase profit are determined.  Also the foundation for selling or passing on the business has been laid.  This 16 week package includes:
